Programme Description

The main aim of this bridging course is to prepare candidates to meet certain thematic competencies needed to be enrolled onto the Bachelor of Technology Programme.

Entry Requirement

Candidates must pass at least three (3) of the four (4) major components including Construction Practice and Applied Technology and Site Experience at CTC III or CTC II Final (Old Scheme) including passes in their corresponding project works.

2. HND Building Technology Candidates: Second class lower or pass in HND Building Technology.

3. Others: HND Estate Management, HND Civil Engineering, HND Interior Architechture and Furniture Production.

Duration

The duration of the programme shall be one (1) semesters. Student must register for a minimum of 15 credit hours.
