Course Description - Certificate in Procurement of Works (Cert. PoW) is an academic discipline which comprises the whole process of acquiring works or services. The course makes it easier to appreciate, understand, the Public Procurement Act in relation to acquiring services or works internationally and locally. The mode of teaching will be practical based with 50% theory and 50% practical. Participants will undergo examinations in order to acquire the certificate.
