Prof. Collins Ameyaw is an Associate Professor of Project Management and Quantity Surveying at the Department of Building Technology, Kumasi Technical University (KsTU). He is a DAAD scholar and holds a Doctor of Engineering from the Bauhaus University, Weimar, Germany and an MSc Construction Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana. Collins is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a Professional Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and has over 10 years of experience in Public Procurement Training and Procurement Auditing, and over 15 years of experience in Infrastructure Project Management. He is an author of over 30 peer reviewed Journal Articles and International Conference Papers, 2 Monographs and a reviewer of 5 reputable International Journals including: Taylor and Francis, Emerald Publications, Elsevier, Springer Publications and Global Scholars. He is also an External Examiner to the Department of Construction Technology and Management and the Institute of Distance Learning, KNUST.
Surv. Engr. Francis Kwesi Bondinuba

F. K. Bondinuba is an Associate Professor at Kumasi Technical University's Department of Building Technology and an External Examiner to many universities in Ghana and South Africa. He has acted as a Project Manager, a teacher, and a researcher in a wide range of construction and management fields, with strong interests in all phases of Construction Project Management. His research interests lie in Construction Business and international housing policies and markets. He is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and the Ghana Institution of Surveyors, the Ghana Association of Chartered Certified Consultants and Fraud Examiners, Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in Ghana. Associate Fellow-Higher Education Academy, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Biography:
Lewis Abedi Asante is a Senior Lecturer in Housing and Urban Development at the Department of Estate Management. He holds a BSc in Land Economy, MSc in Urbanisation and Development and PhD in Geography from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, London School of Economics and Political Science and Humboldt-Universitat zu Berlin respectively.
He is currently the Examination Officer at the Faculty of Built and Natural Environment. He has published extensively in the areas in rental housing, urban governance, market redevelopment, urban politics, and urban regeneration. His works have appeared in reputable journals such as Housing Studies, Urban Geography, Geoforum, African Geographical Review and Journal of Housing and Built Environment among others.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Building Services with a BSc. In Building Technology with experience across all areas of Construction. I have practically worked on several projects in the Ghanaian Construction industry. I am a proactive academician and a leader within the built industry.
Anita Asamoah-Duodu

Anita Asamoah-Duodu is a Lecturer in the Department of Building Technology, Kumasi Technical University (KsTU). Anita holds an MSc Construction Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana. She is also a member of the Ghana Institute of Construction and has experience in Construction Project Management. Anita has over 17 years’ work-experience in construction management and quantity surveying. Her research currently focuses on procurement of Construction projects.

Engr. Dr. Obed Persie Appiah-Kubi is a dedicated and meticulous professional born on January 11, 1990. He currently serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Interior Design and Materials Technology at Kumasi Technical University, Ghana. He holds a Doctor of Engineering degree in Furniture Design and Engineering from Nanjing Forestry University, China, an MPhil in Integrated Art (Metal Fabrication Technology) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, and a B.A. in Integrated Rural Art and Industry from the same university.
Engr. Dr. Appiah-Kubi is known for his strong desire to research and learn new things. His approach to work is proactive and lively, and he is committed to completing tasks successfully. In his professional journey, Engr. Dr. Appiah-Kubi has undertaken various roles, including voluntary demonstrator and teacher, where he has developed and instructed a wide range of courses, supervised final-year projects, and participated in curriculum development. His research interests include furniture style and art, material integration production, material conservation, design principles, and interior design.
Engr. Dr. Appiah-Kubi has also contributed to several international peer-reviewed journals and attended numerous workshops and academic conferences, where he has presented his research findings. His dedication to his field has earned him multiple awards and honors.

Engr. Godfred Fobiri is a Professional Engineer with over 12 years of experience in the Construction Industry. He is a Lecturer at Kumasi Technical University, Building Technology Department. He handles Computer Application, Computer Literacy, Construction Estimating, Measurement of Building works, Contract Administration, and Construction Technology. He holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an MA (Hon) Christian Ministry with Management from Christian Services University College. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Construction Management in the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.

Ebenezer Afrane is an academic staff at the Department of Estate Management. He has more than eight years teaching experience as well as researching and mentoring of students at the Department. Biography:
Paul Otoo has worked in the Department of Building Technology for 12 years. He is a mason by profession. He had his stage B and C qualifications at the Kumasi Technical Institute, after which he worked as a foreman/supervisor in four companies. He has a wealth of knowledge in construction and can supervise the construction of any diverse building types.
